Between Sessions is a space for reflections, themes, and ideas that feel relevant in the in-between, what’s surfacing, what’s lingering, or what feels important that week. For those looking for something more structured, self-guided programs are available and were developed based on what adults most commonly bring into the therapy room. Personalized programs offer a more tailored option, created to reflect individual preferences, timelines, and learning styles.
